6. Client Warranties & Accurate Disclosure
The Client warrants that all materials, trademarks, logos, diagrams, specifications, and claims provided to us:

Do not knowingly infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights or trade secrets.
Fully disclose all relevant prior art or known conflicting registrations required under governing bureau disclosure rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Intellectual Property Registration Services, its directors, employees, attorneys, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party trademark oppositions, patent examiner rejections, or business interruptions. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific documentation package purchased.
